    i purchased a couple of movies and also games on my xbox one little bit ago and it never showed on my rewards account and also why isnt my month gold membership keep earning me credits i was at 1250 for along time i dont know what i am doing wrong or if
    there is a glitch but i know i been paying for my xbox gold every month and that 1250 has never changed even when i bought games and movies

    there is a glitch but i know i been paying for my xbox gold every month and that 1250 has never changed even when i bought games and movies

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    It sounds like you may not be up to date with our current policies. Currently, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
    game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds.
    If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
    at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    As of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals.

    XBOX 360 NOT READING DISC'S

    IT WON'T READ ANY DISC'S INCLUDING GAMES FOR XBOX 360 AND DVD'S LIKE MOVIES.....AND YES I HAVE TRIED ALL THE SUGGESTIONS FROM XBOX AND NO I DON'T WANT TO SEND IT IN FOR 21 DAYS AND PAY THEM WHEN I CAN PAY FOR A NEW ONE. I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE ALL THE DOWNLOADED
