Discus and support I thought i had a problem with a game to find out all my 360 accivments have been reset in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just come back to my Xbox from ps4 I'm on the xbox 360 but signed my account in to see all my Xbox 360 game accivments have been reset first noticed...     I thought i had a problem with a game to find out all my 360 accivments have been reset


    I just come back to my Xbox from ps4 I'm on the xbox 360 but signed my account in to see all my Xbox 360 game accivments have been reset first noticed when I started to do gears of war 2 again an it said I had no accivments for it but on my console it clearly
    shows I done the game on hard-core so 2 weeks on to Microsoft an Xbox live and unreal gaming support I notice that it's not just gears it's every singe Xbox 360 game I have ever done and my gamerscore was only about 2k when I got back to it when b4 I went
    to ps4 it was 18k+ can anybody help and tell me why they have reset my gamerscore now when I do the games again it's not unlocking accivments ??? Can it be that when I sold my last Xbox I have the account with it because her child didn't have any games and
    I didn't think I'd come back to Xbox or is it if she factory reset the Xbox I shouldn't think that would affect my account and my gamerscore accivments etc somebody please help email me at *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    My gears of war 2 isn't unlocking accivments

    I have been on to Microsoft and all they keep doing is putting me on to different people an troubleshooting I have uninstalled an reinstalled again still nothing I did the active reload accivment an the train the rookie to see if it worked but still not unlocking
    but on my account it shows I did it on hard-core on my Xbox one but all the accivments have just gone an there not unlocking when I go to do the accivments again need help please

    Gamerpoints reset to zero.

    I bought an Xbox One at launch and for silly reason I had an issue with my EA account not letting me online to play BF4, so I had to make a new Xbox profile and start afresh.

    Now that backwards compatibility is almost upon us I thought I would download my old profile and then I could play some of the games I bought in my 360 days.

    Problem is my gametag points have reset to zero. Does these mean all my 360 games that I download have been wiped.

    One thing that does work is playing online, tried BF hard-line and that worked, very strange?

    Any help would be great thanks.

    Preview update deleted my old achievements

    You have probably had a gamerscore reset of your Xbox 360 achievements. You should be able to find out more about this at enforcement.xbox.com.

    Gamerscore resets are issued for cheating or tampering with the achievements. Likely problems include having online-only achievements "unlocked offline", for example the Halo games' Vidmaster challenges and Gears of War "ranked" achievements. If your gamerscore
    has been reset, you have lost all 360 achievements you had at the time, even those unlocked legitimately, and will not be able to unlock them again on this gamertag.

    This game is sooooo broke

    I got Ghosts with my Xbone for Christmas and Ive been playing that almost exclusively. I upgraded my 360 BF4 for the BF4 for the Xbone and I have only played it once. It looked great, way better than CoD. The only problem I had was my kits were all reset
    during the transfer. Everything was unlocked, just no kits were as I had them on the 360. Thats only one game, so I dunno of the Xbone BF4 problems.

    You found the solution Microsoft couldnt even find! Been having this issue since Tuesday night. I read your reply about searching not logged in and thought hmmmm...lets try it. So i just logged out of the account and was able to start the apps no problem!
    So ANYONE HAVING THIS ISSUE BEFORE YOU RESET YOUR 360 LOG OUT AND OPEN THE APPS NOT LOGGED INTO ANY ACCOUNT! my xbox one was fine so i imagine this is strictly a 360 issue. To Microsoft employees/bots, this might help narrow down the issue, and if not, at
    least i tried to help. Thanks. ANd to everyone else, your welcome for not telling you to factory reset.

    Xbox One controller keeps disconnecting ?!?!?

    I have been trawling through this site to try and find an answer / solution to the repeated problems of the controller disconnecting. There is obviously a problem with the design or the software / hardware. I would have thought that a wireless controller
    would be fairly straightforward . Whilst using the Xbox 360 controller I have never had any problem with connecting / disconnecting but since I paid £400 for the Xbox one 18 months ago I have been plagued with this problem . The lack of decent games for the
    xbox one meant I spent 95% of the time playing my 360 games . Finally there are now some good games coming for the Xbox one unfortunately the enjoyment of these are spoiled by the failings of the controller. Have microsoft actually done anything to resolve
    this issue ? I have tried all the suggestions provided by other users to no success. Is the "new" controller any better ? or do i have to spend £50 on a new one and hope for the best ?
