I think this Game is no good

I've been playing GTA since its very first versions (I'm actually a fan of Rockstar). What I've always seen is a game that shows crime, homicide, use of drugs, and nudity with an awesome face. Even though it's rated for mature it has its bad effect on people.
I think people who has played this game will think like gangs are awesome, and they will find some bad things cool.

what's your feedback on this game? Do you think this game and what it shows has some bad effects on gamers?

also i think , and the main reason i may buy this game - team death match has no vehicles !!!!!

No problem. I knew it was a little too good to be true.

 

If you are the kind of person that will be effected by the content of games, then you should not play them. I would say the same thing about films or TV Shows with violence; if you think it may influence you to become involved in the lifestyle it portrays,
you should stay away.

People who join a gang, steal a car or kill someone because they saw it in game or on TV and though it was cool will end up in jail sooner or later anyway .

 

I think games have a subtle effect on gamers and no one is an exception but no one can say how much it affects.

 

I don't know man, im a pretty crazy guy, but I don't get it from games. playing games, no matter what game it is, is just a way for me to chillax. I also play some games for the story since movies are often too short for me. (except fast and furious, R.I.P.
Paul Walker) I agree with slashcandy. if you do something because you saw it in a game or a movie, then you should stay away from it.

 

Guys I'm talking about the overall effect of the game, not about how it affects me

 

When I say you, I mean people in general.

 

Like previously mentioned, it depends on the person and whether or not they know the difference between fantasy and reality. Sure, it may have an effect on weak minded people that are easily influenced and could have possibly made people act out, but that
was probably already in them and just waiting to happen with anything being the trigger.

You're more likely to see more disturbing and influencial things on the evening news or in a movie.

 

That's why you teach your kida right from wrong, but their are certain people who are mental messed up that play these type of games that make you wonder where are the parents ?

 

Any violent video game can have "bad affects" on gamers. Whether those gamers decide to imitate or mimic those "bad affects" of the game in reality is another story.

^My point exactly. I play GTA: O very often, but do you see me on the news for taking out a meeting in a parking garage with a Little Bird Attack Chopper?

 

I can understand how some people may think this game is excessively brutal because it is. It's sleazy, dirty, slimy, bloody, and a lot more but it's a mature game for that reason. I DON'T think kids should be playing it and if they are, their parents are
either clueless or neglectful. GTA5 is far from reality though, really. You'd have a very short real-life joyride if you decided to get into a real car in a real city and drive all willy-nilly, shooting, blazing through red lights and fighting random citizens.

 

I dont see any direct connection between games like GTA and the craziness that happens in the real world and I cant stand when people, such as politicians, try to blame movies, music and video games for violence and the people who commit violent crimes.
Its not like the first ever carjacking happened the day after GTA 1 was released. Violent crime has been around for centuries. Its not Marilyn Manson's fault. Its not NWA's fault and it isnt Rockstars fault. Society is not influenced by video games. Actually,
the opposite is true. The overwhelming majority of people who have played games such as this one, never commit a violent crime in their lives. I would be willing to bet that if GTA had never been made, the crime rate would be no different.

That being said, I believe that kids under the age of 16 should not be playing this game, not because of any effect that it may have on them but because of the effect that THEY have on ME
