I have recently been subject to a suspension due to communication on the 27/07/2018, to which I understand perfectly why. However today when I signed into my Xbox, I noticed that the date set for the suspension to end had risen from the 4/08/2018 to the
13/08/2018. Upon further research, it would appear that someone has reported me yet again for communication, when it was impossible for me to gain access to communication due to my undergoing suspension.

So as you may have read for the title of this post, I think there should be a change in the reporting system for more adult games. Because after al, games such as GTA 5 encourage the use of swear words in singleplayer. So why should us players in online
be subject to communication suspensions, when the game itself encourages it? Not to mention that GTA 5 is rated R 18+, which means it’s made for a more adult audience. So I think a change should be made for Xbox users, so then we can’t be be reported for
    something as silly as swearing.

    :)

    Xbox child/family settings

I’ve been trying for I think 2 years maybe to change my account from child to adult and it’s been irritating me and I think there should be a setting to change that so it wouldnt be annoying and I dont think I’m gonna wait a couple years just to do that
because that’s just plain stupid and ridiculous and Xbox should seriously take this into consideration for the near impossibility of changing a child account to an adult account

  3. Child Accounts Should Allow Custom Gamerpictures

I think that child accounts should be allowed to have a custom gamer picture as i am an adult that is unable to change it into a custom one which is very unfair and i think that this should get sorted out so it is fair for
every one that would like a custom gamer picture to be shown on there profile.

    who else also agrees?......

    Hi Jazzathegamer,

Rules are there to make sure that everything is fair when playing online/ offline and having different rules would not make keep that playing field even at all, and the other thing you need to consider is that single player is a completely different experience
to that of online, swearing is never encouraged within a game online or off and if you choose to do so then it's a choice you have made and you need to understand there may or may-not be a repercussion to this.

If you’re unsure why your suspension was extended, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of violation associated with each enforcement action

Keep in mind that you could be suspended for actions performed before your last suspension

No. A child is under 18. Legally. So swearing is what adults do. Anyone under 18 should have restrictions on what can be said. Reporting a 25 year old for saying a 'swear' word is very lazy. There needs to be a more complex system within Microsoft for the
accounts. I said child account but I meant teenagers. Which are children but they are able to swear if one decides. Which shouldn't be allowed at all. But an adult I think it should be fine but if its towards a child account for some reason it should be automatically
censored. If its towards another adult account and he/she/it gets offended and reports a grown adult for 'swearing' then the adult account that a child is playing on should be dealt with correctly or the parents need to address it. It's not my fault a child
is on an adult account. Children do swear on xbox and shouldn't be allowed to. If your a grown adult I dont see a problem with it. The account system needs some one to make it adult friendly. Kids arent the only ones that enjoy xbox.

    Age settings?

I think Microsoft should at least make this something the parent can give permission to do! It's stupid to limit it only to adults but not to let the adult allow their child to change the image?? DUMB!!!

yoy can just put your main account as adult, change your birth day to the real one, the thing is if you are not an adult yet, the you should not try to cheat the system
