Discus and support I think the store ate my money in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I bought star wars the force unleashed 2 yesterday and installecd it, i went to play it but it said I didn't own the game, I uninstall it to try again...     I bought star wars the force unleashed 2 yesterday and installecd it, i went to play it but it said I didn't own the game, I uninstall it to try again but I go there and it says I don't own the game but it still took my money which was 20 dollars I don't know what to do

    In order to make sure that you own the license of the game, please try to on the microsoft store app on your device and check if you are signed in with the account that bought the game.

    To know if the game was bought on the account please go to Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft, sign in with your account, select payment and billing, and then select order history.

    If the issue still persists after going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 10-15 seconds plug all your cables back in and then restart your console.

    If this does not help you resolve your issue please try contacting our Xbox live Support for more assistance.
