I think someone was on my xbox account and I got banned for it

A few days ago, I was talking to this person in a party chat. I needed help in a game. I asked him to join me in the game. He joins and inspects or looks at my character. First thing to come out of his mouth was trash-talking and hate speech. I asked him
why are you trash-talking? He says because my character does not meet a requirement and I said I can still be of use. He starts saying I might have to pay for him to help and he said you can't do it yourself because (more hate speech i'm not repeating because
it evolves curse words and stuff). So, I go to leave for a second to let my dog out, and I come back and he says I looked up your account. I was so confused about what he was talking about, until he said my email, IP, and password. Then, I realized I might
have messed with the wrong person. I told him how he knew that and why he's being a jerk? He told me he looked at my other suspension for trash talking( no I wasn't cursing or anything either) and he also said I hope you don't get banned. I basically freaked
out and was thinking I was going to get banned and he was going to hack me, right? Well, I decide to leave, block him, and get off. A few minutes later I see a player interested in a post and I seen a security code thinking, wait I didn't make a post just
now? I checked my account about 5 minutes later, and nothing was there. Next day I get suspended for making a looking for group? I had a feeling this player may have hacked me and tried getting on my account or something. Yesterday I made a case review on
why I got suspended for? The case review said for Looking for group and they said it was for trying to boot?? I was NOT on my account at all and I got the suspension in the morning too. I feel like framed for something I would NOT do. Today I saw a perma-ban.
It was for the same thing. I know the gamer tag of the player too, expect I think he might have more than one account though. I'm about to a case review tomorrow. Is there any way of me getting unbanned? My parents are freaking out since I told them about
it. Also the perma-ban say abuse and threats too which is stupid. I was NOT on my account. I have spent a TON of money on my account for this is finally freaking happen. Please someone help me.
