I think someone is using my Xbox account after I’ve been inactive

Hey guys, I’ve been inactive from one of my xbox accounts for about 5 years. When i came back a few days ago, all my info was changed and i cant use the account. I looked up the gamertag and it looks like someone is using it. I think the email i was using for the account got deleted for inactivity. Ive tried getting it back, but i dont know the email that he changed it to. Is it possible to get it back with the console id for the xbox 360 that i havent logged in for 5 years? Can i also get it back with expired credit cards i used on the account? Thats all ive really got to prove i own it. I dont have the email anymore and i didnt have any phone number/recovery info. I also didnt have 2-step verification. I dont think they will accept a console that hasnt been signed onto in 5 years for the console id. I dont think they will accept billing info and credit card for purchases that were made 5 years ago, right? Is this account a goner?

I know its my account because I looked at the achievement and they are exactly the same as my account.

after 5 years of no use the xbox account and microsoft account are closed and the tag is freed up. thats it all gone. its in the terms of having an account.

No one has my account but when I went to check the activity someone has been trying to get into my account and I think they got into my account as I’ve got perm ban and have no clue how it happened..

I’ve tried doing that. The problem with that is I’ve deactivated the account sp it registers the account is still there on the Fortnite app on my Xbox, but in the Epic Games website it says that it's inactive. Thank you for the help, though! Have a good

if the account was inactive for 5 years then the Gamertag would have been removed from the account and could be being used by someone else now.
