    hello there ive bought quite a lot of games recently off the xbox store on my xbox one but i think my rewards might now be registering properly, ive been a rewards member for quite some time now. So could you please get back to me whenever is possible.

    My Rewards Credit

    Hi Im and ive been a xbox fan for quite along time now. I think My Rewards Credits might be off. I have been purchasing alot of Games an DLC here recently an i dont think ive been getting any rewards points for it.....

    Please send me a message an let me know if there's anything wrong with my account, Or if maybe I am doing something wrong?

    long time rewards member, no credits yet

    I have been a Live Rewards member for a while however, none of my purchases or achievements have registered any points. For example, I have pre-ordered Mass Effect Andromeda but my balance is still zero. None of my past purchases have registered either.

    We do not see any offers that you were not Rewarded for. If you are asking about MyVIP payback for your December purchases, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated December MyVIP payback, so it is too early to see those Credits pending.

    Where is it?

    The credit would have been added to your Microsoft account balance. You can check for the deposit by checking your returns at
    http://commerce.microsoft.com It might show as an Xbox Rewards deposit even though it's not actually from the Rewards program.

    XBL Subscription renewal did not reward the 600 Microsoft points as advertised.

    I think that is for the rewards program....correct me if im wrong but, it takes a while, and only deposited on the 1st and 15th of the month
