I think my Microsoft account was hacked.

Based on the description, you do not know the email account associated to your gamer tag and you are trying to play the game and is unable to because of not knowing the exact email account. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

If we may ask, what device are you using to play the game before? If you are using an Xbox console, you can check the email account on the upper-left corner of the Home Screen or

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  
• Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN.
  
• Under Show on Home, you’ll see the email or phone number you use to sign in. If you enable this setting, this account info will be displayed on your Home screen.
  

On the other hand, you can use our Microsoft Sign in Helper tool to look up your Microsoft account email address. See: Find your Microsoft account email address | Xbox Support

I have exact the same problem. My Email was hacked a few days ago and i think somehow the hack also hacked my Microsoft which has the Email and changed the Email from my Minecraft account to another one.
