    I want to log into my account but it says that my data does not exist, but I am sure that I have entered my account data correctly and I am not making a mistake. Can someone help me, what can I do?

    my ONEM4DST0K13 account got hack and the person put a mod menu on it but now i cant get it back ive changed my password and tried to get it back just and it started working but then it said it couldnt be downloaded :(

    This is a known occurance. It is a result of EA's site being hacked a few months ago, and people's Live accounts (which they link when signing up for the EA site) are being compromised.

    You will want to call xbox support as soon as possible. If/when you get your account back, be sure to change your password immediately.

    For others who have signed up for EA's site, if you used your WLID as your e-mail, but sure to change your password.
