I think my account has been hacked or glitched from xbox live

I was playing Rainbow Six Siege and got a message. I responded with explicit content, but it wasn't anything too crazy. The worse I thought would happen would be a little com ban. 1 minute later it get signed out and a message pops up that I've been permanently banned. I've only ever been banned three times while being on this account for the past 8 or so years and my first ban was in 2019. I called support and they said the ban was only till the 21st, which would be fine, but when I try to sign in it tells me I'm permanently banned from Xbox live. Also when I look for the ban in Microsoft it doesn't come up. Have I been hacked? Is it a glitch? What do I do?

Literally the exact same thing happened to me last night also on siege almost identical circumstances

When I often play PUBG game then I also receive glitches but I think Internet speed is also a factor to play smoothly. If your internet connection is not stable, you definitely receive glitched while plying.

Support contacted me through a call back and the girl said that support is not allowed to give information regarding suspensions or bans or how long they are and only then enforcement team can. I explained that we were told you could tell us the length of time it actually was. And she said that Community Ambassadors should not be telling players that information. Idk Maybe it was just that particular support person? I got nowhere

Same thing happned to me while I was playing 2k just signed me out I really hope this is a glitch cuz that’s a whole bunch of money down the drain. Who do I contact though to see if it really is just a couple days of a ban.
