I have like everything on just one Microsoft-Account. I was just kicked out of all my stuff I use every day. And then I tried to relogin, so I typed my email and then I pressed „next“. After there was written down please type in the password for the email: ya*********@gmail.com. But my email starts with completely other letters. I also gave the 100% right password but it didn’t work. Also my phone number isn’t connected anymore with the account. I also tried to recover my account with Microsoft website but that didn’t work cause I don’t know the exact things the website asks me cause I created the account so long ago. This would be a huge loss for me. Please help

You probably will need to contact Xbox Support, since they are the only ones who can open an unauthorized access case to start an investigation.

When you are on the Xbox Support contact page be sure that the country shown in the bottom left corner matches your region to check if there is a local support option.

Otherwise choose the Microsoft Support Chat option, to see if they can help.

The problem you are presenting is quite strange, therefore I would like to help you, but as I mentioned a moment ago, this is only a public user-to-user forum where we help each other. This means that we are not Microsoft employees, so we cannot see that runs is associated with your account. I would recommend you contact Support to get a little more help/information that is useful for you.

The support may not be able to help you with this problem since they are not authorized (Also try to talk to them) but they can give you some useful information for you.

I understand that the problem is with your Minecraft account, but from what I understand, the Microsoft Account is the same as the Minecraft account. If your account was stolen, it is possible that the person who did it may have removed your email address as the account's primary alias and replaced it with their own. The action of deleting an alias is immediate and permanent, with no possibility of recovery. If you have other email addresses configured as aliases, it is recommended that you test them to see if you are at least prompted for a password.

If you can access your Microsoft account normally, when you log in to Minecraft you must select the option to log in with a Microsoft account, so if the credentials are correct you could log in without any problem.

If you could give me more details about the problem, I would appreciate it since I don't understand very well, the Microsoft account is the same as the one in Minecraft since the Mojang migration.
