    Hi,

    I hate to disappoint you, but this is unlikely to happen. The stumbling block is the publishing rights. This LOTR game was published by Electronic Arts, but the current owner of the LOTR rights is Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment who are owned by Warner
    Bros. Pictures, the same company who own the IP for the film franchise.

    Microsoft can only make games BC with permission of the publisher, since EA Games don't own it, they can't give permission.

    WOW. the latest advice i got from warner bros was go offline and when it stops installing go to manage game and uninstall all then make sure the disc is not in the console and install

    Either i am being trolled by them or they don't know how games on disc work this console generation.

    I'm losing patience on this, Microsoft says it's not on their end it's warner bros and warner bros seems to have chimps helping people with problems
