    hi, this morning i found a potential way for people to still buy content on the xbox, despite it being closed.

    Me, being stubborn, decided "hey, if i tell the bots over at Microsoft HelpChat, I might be able to leverage a big reward for this". But, unsurprisingly, the bots were not willing to talk about the xbox 360, or connect me to a dedicated team who could potentially fix this. The best i was told was "post it in this subreddit"

    Cut to half-hour later and here i am, making a post, but i don't want to post the details about it here, because knowwwing my luck, i'd post it here, and i'd either get banned by xbox, someone else would steal the method, or it would become free information.

    so could someone push me towards the right people within xbox to text-chat with?

    My PS3 was never on long enough to even think about dying. I've had 2 360's one died and was replaced without any hassle in store and the other was an elite which lasted up until the point I traded it in a week or so ago :)

    Well I think that potential buyers would give a crap. My 360 slim has been awesome. I think I've had it 3 years now and I haven't had one problem with it. Not one tiny issue. I'd give it a 5/5.
