I think it's crazy that someone can be permanently banned out of no where without a notice.

Please tell me what you all think, any opinion counts in my book.

I was permanently banned after a week or two of party chat with a couple of friends only. Of course before that week or 2 I had been suspended for like a month or whatever for trash talking so when I got out I just wasn't going to talk to people who weren't
my friends. Then out of no where perma banned and wouldn't even let me dispute it. Like being punished twice for something but weeks later. Anyway I digress. I've made a new account and don't even need this one back, just wanting to hear about other peoples
stories kinda like mine. Would've been nice at the time to dispute though, cause I probably would've been fine.

(I think it's been like 2 years now)

I don't speak for the Enforcement team but I'm pretty sure they enforce everything in the

XBox Forum Guidelines which includes links about Codes of Conduct while using XBox Live. I strongly advise those who haven't read it to do so. It would save a lot of grief wondering "Why did I get banned"!

Permanent bans aren't handed out for nothing, and the fact that you have had suspension before, recently, indicates that you have a tendency to act or speak in a certain way while gaming. Maybe take this experience as a learning exercise, and in future
moderate these behaviours. The rules are there to make gaming dun and safe.for everyone, not to make life difficult

I often try to enable conversation with fellow players because that way the game is funnier, but no one talks.

Indeed is; too many violations to the code in a short amount of time can get you in serious troubles. It´s best to being friendly to other players. We all have bad days, but remember, bad things can always become into worst.

Stay out of game chat if you don't wanna get banned. It can be pretty annoying though that anyone can report you for non legit reasons like being mad if you beat them in a game.

I had someone 2 days ago call me a dumb Bit** and told me to go die in a actually xbox message I took all the necessary measures to report this person and that individual has still not been banned or nothing. So my question is why are some ppl above the
rules and others like yourself getting permanently banned? This is very disturbing behavior but xbox does nothing makes me wonder what the enforcement team actually enforces.
