I think I'm bug in Ori and the Blind Forest

Hi, i was playing Ori and in a certain time (red zone in image) I fell on the ground to an area that I can't get out, I just go through the ground (I was moving the rock above and maybe I got bugged) and I accidentally saved. Let 3 images to show my situation.

Hello Juan, this bug only happens in Ori or some other game, have you tried checking on the developer's website or game forums to see if it has anything specifically related to this part of the game?
