Discus and support i think i'm being hacked in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i keep recieving these small 2-3mb updates in every game i put in, and now my dlc is gradually becoming unuseable starting with my halo 3 dlc.     i think i'm being hacked


    i keep recieving these small 2-3mb updates in every game i put in, and now my dlc is gradually becoming unuseable starting with my halo 3 dlc. Now on halo 4 it thinks i never got the online pass i have bought all their dlc and am a long time xbox 360 veteran
    that has never hesitated to buy dlc i wanted. wtf is going on in my xbox?! whenever im connected to xbox live my hard drive and other account related data will not load right away, when offline everything shows right up. i need answers.

    @ OP - ensure your WLID account tied to your gamertag does not have any additional alternative e-mail addresses associated with it that you do not recognize; change your passwords, secret passphrases, 'trusted' PCs and/or SMS authenticators.

    Open a UA (Unauthorized Access) ticket with XBOX Phone Support. Sit and wait.

    If you have had unauthorized credit card charges if you have a credit card linked to your account, contact your bank and dispute the charges regardless of Microsoft's own investigation.

    i get so many issues that feel like direct attacks on my gaming. give me answers or i will just dump this *** service. my xbox isnt even recording memory right, 106gb free downloaded well over 6gb and it still says 106gb free.

    Could it be my xfinity modem/route? i connect differently and i no longer have the problems.

    Hey there,

    Welcome to the forums

    I just want to add, if you think you have been hacked. Please phone Xbox Support using the number Fredigiblet has provided. please also go to
    https://account.live.com and change your password and security info.

    When you phone Xbox, please ask to make a UA claim. They will then talk you through it.

    You can also click on manage account st the top and request that all your accounts require you to log in with your new Microsoft Password, after you have changed it.
