I think I lost my Minecraft account

I'm sorry you're having this issue, as I understand your concerns about the privacy of your account and how annoying not being able to access it can be. Situations in which our e-mail account with personal information, contacts, messages and even our documents are actually a little more delicate.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft account.

Based on your description, the error suggests that the system can't find the Minecraft game license on your Microsoft account.

Your Minecraft account must have migrated to the original Microsoft account email address where it was first created.

In order to fix this, you will need to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft was migrated and where your Minecraft game license was purchased.

Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft Java Edition.

From there, check if you have the Minecraft transaction. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to log in to Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher.

If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, this means that the game was purchased on a different account. Please check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

When i tried to log into my xbox account (for minecraft pc) it said it didnt exist when i tried to log into an account today it just created another account for me that dosen't own minecraft im starting to think i lost the game completly i have proof of buying it etc

So I resetted my computer because it wasn't working that well anymore and I was scared I would lose it. And I did and i want help to get my minecraft back I can give you proof I have the xbox account on my pc and I can send a screenshot I just want my minecraft

Before I can help I need you to clarify which version of Minecraft you were using. Do you know if you were using the Java Edition or the Bedrock/Windows 10 Edition?

The Java Edition you would have downloaded from https://www.minecraft.net/en-us but if you have the Bedrock Edition you would have downloaded it from the Microsoft Store on your
PC.

For the Java Edition you will need to contact support through https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us and for Windows 10/Bedrock Edition make sure you have logged into your Microsoft
account on your PC first of all and try to download it. If that doesn't work you will need to contact support through the following link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/28808/microsoft-store-contact-support
