I think i lost access (or even deleted) my main xbox profile trying to log back into it

so i had 2 xbox profiles on my old email. i had to reset my password whenever I logged back onto my xbox (i hadnt used it in months due to a power brick issue), and i couldnt log on afterwards. after trying both methods that an official guide gave me, i removed both profiles from my xbox and re-added them (had to also remove the older one or it would say that i already had it on my xbox). when i re-added it, however, it had the gamerpic of the old profile, and no gamertag. have i lost my main profile? is there anyway to get it back? what do i do?

Hello Nerdoroni, since you don't remember the email from the account, you should try to remember what the account is or follow the steps below to see if you can find the email you used for the account.

Xbox Support can’t provide this information, even if you know your Gamertag.

Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

2. Click on Sign in

3. Choose sign in options

4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.

Screw you digital I just lost my profile from deleting my profile and trying to load it back in my Xbox now I'm *** :,(

I can access my account on every thang but the Xbox website and I cold not log in before becouse the email was deleted even thow it was still trying to send it emails so I made a new email with the same address and every thang so I could access it but now i cant access the Xbox website with my profile and it says that there is not a Xbox account under the email even thow there is

I have the same problem, unfortunately your solution did not help.

My Xbox sign in is also my main user account for Windows, so I cannot remove this and try again easily.

Clicking Sign In simply make the window content briefly disappear, then come back with nothing changed and still not logged in.

Signing in with my profile is working everywhere else, just not in the Xbox app, which means I've lost access to my PC software through it - I'm sure this is the same for other too.

I am having the same issue. I tried deleting my profile stayed on support for almost a 1 hour with no resolve. please help me get my xbox back on. I cant even log into my profile. I pay for my service and I dont like not being able to access what I pay for.just
tell me how to fix it.
