I think i have been communication banned but i dont understand why?

i play xbox most of the time and mostly stay to my self because i don't really feel comfortable around others and prefer not to talk and i have a small group of people i talk to from time to time and i got on today no problems then later one of my friends
wanted me to play but my mic wouldn't connect so i reset my xbox then got a enforcement message i looked up what it meant but i don't understand how i could get communication banned if i rarely talk or even why i would?

I have been communication banned for an unfair reason that wasn't
looked into enough

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and if the ban is eligible you can file a case review from that site. That is the only place to contact the enforcement team.

 

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

Communications covers more than talking & even if you just talk in a party with friends you still have to follow the code of conduct.
