I think I got double charged for a Pre-Order? How is this possible?

Hi! I hope I'm in the right place - I can't find a way to send a support ticket in the traditional 'e-mail' form.

I recently pre-ordered Madden Legendary Edition - prior to launch, as I navigated to the Xbox Dashboard and saw it still read "Pre-order" last night prior to launch - I thought I *had* pre-ordered, but the store didn't reflect that. Not wanting to miss out
on pre-order bonuses. I made sure to pre-order then.

Turns out I was right. I had pre-ordered a couple of weeks earlier - see attached.

Question: How is it possible to pre-order a game twice? Anddddd can I *not* pay for the same game twice?

That would explain part of it, but not why it charged me when I first ordered it. I did read something about some people getting double charged somewhere. I think it was Microsoft's homepage. They acted like I was lying, tho. I still have the bank statement, & the fact that having the bank cancel that first charge prompted Xbox to delete my pre-order proves that charge was for that game.

Surely I'm not the only one this has happened to. Like I said, they had a notice about some ppl being double charged. I don't remember what they were double charged for, tho.

I do believe I will go to PlayStation.

Yeah this could be what happened!

But keep in mind that he would receive an email when they cannot charge the card! Where they ask to check what's going on with the payment method!

So, what I think, is possible that the pre-order went wrong...

I went to Best Buy to pre-order Arkham City and I found the TAS DVD's there as well. They were 50% off and I got double rewards points for some reason, so I got 5% off the pre-order.

I pre-ordered got charged 99.99 then a day later went to play the campaign got charged a 2nd 99.99.
