I think I broke my Xbox and I don't know how to fix it.

I was downloading Batman: Arkham Origins and when it was at about 78% I clicked it to bring me to the Xbox store but then after about 5 minutes, the Xbox crashed. I tried restarting it and it greeted me saying the usual Hi but the rest was black and the
only thing you could do was bring it to the page by holding down the Xbox button on the controller which gave you three options to shut the console off, shut the controller of or report a problem(doesn't work.) I took the disc out, but that didn't do anything
either. Can someone please help?

My controller looks up randomly

I think my Xbox one wireless controller is broken. When I use the controller it randomly looks up. And it always messes me up in games. I don't know how to fix it, please help.

 

I don't know how to fix my communications error.

I recently went through a Console Ban and it ended June 10th but for some reason it won't let me send messages as tho I'm still banned. I contacted support and they went through some steps like power restarting my console. It didn't work but if I sign my
account on another console then it lets me send messages. I need help on how to fix it.

Hello Mihi the Great, have you tried a hard reset? You do this by pressing and holding the power button directly on the console until the system powers off then release it and wait for the power up.
