I have have been getting achievements randomly for doing nothing and unlocking stuff in-game for free by doing nothing. Plz, help. Thank you.

Hi there is an issue with xbox live
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status keep trying every couple of minutes. Unless you give someone your log in info your account cannot be hacked.

Hi there,

if you think your account has been compromised be sure to change your Password and your security settings as soon as possible.

After that use this link to make sure Xbox 360 consoles will forget the password: Sign in to your Microsoft account This is not needed for Xbox One consoles

Also be sure to check http://account.microsoft.com/ to check if there are any transactions that you didn't make, if there are transactions not done by you then you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or
Microsoft Support Chat

so they can investigate the issue.

If it's only happening for one game (while in the game), then it might be the case you were in a 'hacked' multiplayer lobby in such case I suggest contacting Xbox Support too to see if they can do anything with that.

Create a post for other players that having the same issue with hackers and advised to just provided their gamers tags so that the Xbox team can do a search on the players to find out what they doing and banned their console for life

actually that is NOT what to do all you can do is report their tag/tags from your 360 console then block communications with them they will not be able to talk or send messages to you anymore.

No it's a Live conection is down. I got it back up again so no he didnt hack your account.
