If you got a suspension you would get a message when you try to send a message. If you dont get one you should be fine. You could also check by reaching out to the Enforcement Team.

If your account was suspended from sending messages You would receive a box with a message when you click the send button that basically says something along the lines of oops try something else due to your past behavior you can not send messages and normally
it will give you an end date of the suspension.

So if you are not receiving a box that says that when you hit the send button then you are not suspended.

You can also check the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com and that will tell you for sure whether you are suspended or not. By signing in with your account there.

You will only be able to check on the enforcement website if you have any suspension.

I had the same issue. It has nothing to do with account getting hacked. It is a security breach. There is a tool that lets you send messages from anyones account. Idk how they do it. I am now com banned twice.
