I think Forza horizon five event lab is glitched

So recently, I went in to Forza horizon five yesterday and went to this canyon house of blue print, but when I went there, some blue prints weren’t even there and somewhere there it looked like a glitched house. I tried again the next day but yet now there’s just nothing it’s straight blank and there’s just a finish line. What do I do?

I was playing forza 5, and I was trying to do the event lab, and it says i need to turn on a setting for user generated content. and it says its restricted by my profile privacy settings.

This sometimes happens to me when I go into the Forzathon shop but it normally works next time.
