Discus and support i thimk my rewards isnt working right in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; so i am a rank 2 vip suppose to get 4% back bought a bunch of games in resent moths but only have 5 bucks worth of points.........also only have 60...     i thimk my rewards isnt working right


    so i am a rank 2 vip suppose to get 4% back bought a bunch of games in resent moths but only have 5 bucks worth of points.........also only have 60 gems but there is a mission for having gold for three moths for 100 gems i have had it for years. i feel like
    i am not getting what im suppose to. can someone please make time to set down and talk to me and let me know if I am doing something wrong

    or give me a phone number to call

    Yes thank you. I figure i flew threw it the first few times and never really paid much attention. And for future help u get thw town portal when u get leorics ceown in the crypts. Thank u eveeyone for the hwlp

    As Glitch pointed out. You are able to do town warp once you complete a quest (midway into Act I). However based on your profile you already beaten normal mode, does this occur on the classes which you have already gotten past this point? The town warp must
    be unlocked for each character you create.

    In order for support to check into your account, You'll need to post in the support section of this forum.

    Gems just started on October 1. So you would not have been rewards gems for anything dome prior to that date.

    With VIP rebates, keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count. Also any games that also qualify for another offer on the site at the time, will not also count towards your rebate.

    when you say games that also qualify for another offer on the site, does that include games that are on sale?

    No. If a game is eligible for another offer, like the current "Xbox Family Face-off" offer, those purchases would not count towards your rebate. Otherwise it doesn't matter if you buy a game on sale or full price.
