i temporarily have a console suspension until jan 22 for no reason

so i banned temporarily on my my account and my xbox because me and my buddies 3v3 some kids we killed in arena on fornite because they where mad. they lost the 3v3 i sent the 3 guys different msgs because they where being toxic. I told one guy he suk ,2nd he’s [mod removed],3rd guy ur [mod removed] exactly like that. Later on they spam reported me and i was banned for cheating. xbox gave me a 3 day suspension i was two days in the suspension then randomly i was logged out of xbox and i was given an extra 14day suspension. 2 days later i was temporarily console banned until jan 22. i want to make a claim on the console ban im but it doesn’t show on the enforcement website and customer support is oblivious to the situation at hand someone help please

didn’t know that thanku wont do it ever again. but see i’m not only account banned i have a console ban until jan 22 2022 my account ban ends jan 7 why is the console ban longer???

If Your On a Second Account Then Yes Your able To Join The party Again Since that's Not the account under the Ban But I suggest Not doing that Since that's In the TOS Of Avoiding A Ban/ suspension

You Can Sometimes Join The Party But Nothing will Work Like Audio And Your mic WIll Be Turned off Since your account Is Suspenended .
