    Hi, yerterday i was playing MW II with my brother on my xbox series s, after that turned the console off until today, when i power on again, the console started like factory settings it means no accounts nor internet connection, idk what happens, just like 10 hours with no usage and all settings are gone.

    someone has the same problem? or just me?

    both disk (internal and the original sg 512gb) has used space, it means games still there.

    I'm a Independent Advisor. I will be glad to help you.

    Have you consulted with your brother to identify if he did not perform some procedure on the console that could have caused all this?

    It is not normal for a console to do this by itself, if your brother confirms that he did not do anything, I would ask you to try a manual reset of the console to rule out that it is a software problem, in case it happens again at some point, you should apply the warranty if you still have it.

    To do the reset:
    Go to Settings>System>Console Information
    And restart keeping your games.
    Note that the console accounts will be removed, so you will need to have the email and password for each account to log back in.
    Your progress, achievements, purchases and other data will remain intact, don't worry about that, you won't lose any data, the only thing you need to do is to log in again.

    To apply the warranty:
    Submit an request at this link:

    There you will see your registered devices, select the device that presents the problem and select "Next", fill in the necessary data and you will be able to create your order.

    nope, i turn off the console in the night, and he start the console today.

    anyway, we already logged in again, all accounts details as game pass ultimate and all purchases are ok.

    For games side, all data seems ok, already testes games fron internal memory and expansion card, and both seems ok.

    is avaliable a memory checker like windows chkdsk in xbox?

    1 more question, is better a full format or just a reset?

    Making my Home Xbox not working.

    I have this exact issue. His is my setup:

    My son has a One S

    I have a Series X

    I was able to set the One S as my home xbox

    I added his account to the Series X. Went to setting and then to my home xbox. At first, it is checked, then I get the circle, and the check mark is removed. Click on make this my home xbox on the Series X using his account, the circle spins, and then back to the "unchecked" box.

    Checking his (One S), my account still has that xbox as my home xbox.

    Reset networking, reset MAC address, flushed ARP cache on my switch and router, restarted all of those devices, and reset the Series X (both hard power cycle and factory reset). No luck.

    Is it due to his account technically being a Xbox One profile and mine a Series X?

    Also, my son's account is a child account but, unrestricted.
