    I suddenly no longer own Child of Light that I got with Games with Gold


    I downloaded Child of Light April last year with Games with Gold and it is not working. It now says "Do you own this game or app?" I also checked my games on my profile on this website and its not showing up. I downloaded this on my profile.

    Installation stopped

    I am also having this issue while trying to install both the Sunset Overdrive update and Child of Light for Games with Gold. They continually start downloading and then suddenly stop and it says Installation stopped. I can restart them, but it only downloads
    for a couple of minutes before stopping again.

    Xbox one games with gold missing from library

    I'm also having this problem. In particular, I'm quite certain I grabbed Child of Light when it was available. I'm also pretty sure I picked up Massive Chalice. Now that I've got an Xbox One I see Rayman Legends and Deer God, but nothing else that I've
    picked up through games with gold, including Child of Light. My household only has the one xbox live account, so it was definitely that one that was used. I'm very concerned. Child of Light was actually one of the bigger reasons I was excited to finally

    game history     to see if that game is showing up? If it's not, I suggest reaching out to
    phone support to find out if the license is on your account still.

    Xbox One Digital Far Cry 4 does not launch error (0x87de07d1)

    Was in the middle of playing Garvey 4 when it suddenly closed me down to the the dashboard, and now it's asking if I own the game??

    Bought it last week when it was on offer with deals on gold, and noticed that that offer is no longer available.. Maybe has something to do with it.
