    I still want to restore my purchased puzzles.


    The puzzles I purchased have disappeared. How do I get them back?

    How can I access Jigsaw puzzle packs that have "disappeared?" All were purchased with GOLD bars.

    That would restore solitaire games, perhaps

    It did not bring back nor show my purchased jigsaw puzzle packs.

    Score went from +745,000 to -147,000 What gives

    My score went negative 3 days ago. it is sitting at -244,000 ish. I had a much higher positive score. It wont let me download any new puzzles. Is there an ETA on this problem?

    My score is still negative.... I want a new puzzle and I want to use my correct points please.
    This is the 5th day with my gold still deep in the negative when I had a high positive score before some calculation coding change went amiss. Please restore my old gold. I want a new puzzle and to use my correct points. Oh first world problems..... Thanks

    I uninstalled jigsaw, then re-installed. This solved my problem and all my points and puzzles were restored. Thank You

    Jigsaw Collections missing

    I am having a similar issue. I purchased a new pack yesterday - tokens were subtracted from account but I did not receive the new puzzles. I also don't want to redo the old puzzles in order to get enough tokens for a new pack of puzzles.
