I still haven't received my code for Discord Nitro and EA Access and we're approaching...

Hi Fellow gamer,

Thanks for coming to the forums. Instead of messaging support, request a call from them they will be able to assist you further.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

ive seen mine on my dash for like 2 weeks now ive already redeemed themit was one of those ad looking things

As the title states I bought the XBOX Gamepass Ultimate on 12/12/2019 and here we are now on 1/2/2020 and I still haven't received the code for Discord Nitro OR EA Access. I've messaged Xbox Support multiple times over the period of time and each
representative told me I needed to wait. I use the gamepass on PC because I do not own an Xbox console and I've been waiting for the codes to be there but I still haven't gotten them. What am I supposed to do because I'm definitely disappointed right now.

HiTakudzwa2039 I also own gamepass on pc! you will receive the Discord nitro code in you email or xbox messages! please check these locations
to see if you didn't already received (mine took about a week to receive the code). Hope I could help

From what I can tell is that you have to claim it via the Xbox Dashboard, I did not see anything on the PC but when I boot up the console it shows a new Tile that says Claim Now and it has Web Address and QR codes that you can scan to claim the offer

The codes are only available in these regions: US, UK, CA, AU, DE, MX, BR, FR if you're not in one of those regions, that could be why.
