I Still Have Yet To Recieve Pre-Order DLC for Gears Of War 4? Why Is That?

I Pre-Ordered Gears of War 4 October 1st And I have still been yet to receive the "Brothers to the End" and the Vintage Del Elite Gear Packs. What Gives? I was also Given the service request number 1361029369 by Microsoft Support.

Gears of war free code have not received yet

I have bought the gears of war 4 ultimate edition, during pre-order, and have still not received my free gears of war code yet.

Gears of war 4 pre order issue

I pre order the gears of war4 and I did not recieve the gears of war ultimate edition character pack that comes with pre ordering the game I have called customer support to trouble shoot the issue and they told come here please help

If you digitally purchased Gears of War 4 through the Xbox Store, this content automatically unlocks in-game, and is not provided by a code. Try checking the game's 'Ready to install' by highlighting the game's tile, press the Menu button on your Xbox One
controller, and select 'Manage game'. Through there, look in the 'Ready to install' section for any DLC.

If you purchased through a 3rd party retailer, the code should have been provided by them, and you will need to contact the retailer you purchased from for further assistance.

I Purchased the game for my pc for xbox on windows 10 through the microsoft store and there was nothing pre loaded onto the game and there is nothing else on the xbox dashboard, microsoft store or anything else regarding the dlc what so ever. Any additional
things I could do potentially to fix this?

I think Shopto.net are giving some free DLC with pre orders for Gears of War 3. Got my Limited Edition on pre order for £53.
