    i still have not recieved any of my gem rewards ordered on 4/15/18


    ive checked all posible filter and not received any. Emails regarding these transactions. I was your sleep all my Microsoft Xbox and rewards email to this email address. I had for years and I've never had a problem. At this wait till they just refund the
    gems.

    Missing VIP gem transactions.

    I claimed several digital item from the VIP vault with gems. On 4/15/18 and I have not received any response by email are message on my account. The transactios are posted on the my rewards ledger but no rewards claim code. I'm been checking email as well.

    i bought an xbox one X in february 18 didnt get the reward gems am i able to get them? can give me detials if required.

    also i ordered an xbox elite contorller on the 9th april but has a ship by 31/05/18 would i still get the gems for this purchase?

    We see you registered into the vault with a email address with a different domain than your normal Xbox Live Rewards contact address. Are you sure you are checking your vault registered email address?

    my primary is [Personal Information Removed]. i have an alias [Personal Information Removed].

    and a secondairy [Personal Information Removed].

    these are the only 3 that should be on my primary acount. anything else is wrong

    when i looked at xboxrewards page it lists [Personal Information Removed].

    It sounds like this is the issue. You registered with the same email, but the domain is a @gmail account.

    You'll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You'll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP
