Discus and support I still have not received rewards points in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hello, I completed the punchcard where I pre-ordered 3 games and I still have not recieved the points.     Hello, I completed the punchcard where I pre-ordered 3 games and I still have not recieved the points. I preordered Mafia 3, Watch Dogs 2, and Skyrim. I'm just wondering when the points will be deposited.

    @ Miss Kleo, Yes I still need help. I still have not received any emails, or notification about my reward points. I have checked my rewards account as well. No Pending rewards or anything.

    Only purchases made during the offer period were eligible for that offer. Since your purchase of Mafia 3 occurred before the offer started, it was not eligible for a punch.

    We see that the Credits are currently pending in your account. They should be deposited and able to use as currency by the end of month deposit cycle.

    The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

    If you used the promo code and still had to pay for expedited shipping, you would want to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if there is anything they can do to refund the shipping cost.
