    I still have not received my Xbox Rewards credits yet


    Hello,

    I pre-ordered Mafia 3, Skyrim, and Watch Dogs 2, but still have not received the credits. The punch card is also only highlighted to two out of three, but shows I pre-ordered the three games. I'm just wondering when they will be deposited.

    i haven't received any of my Xbox rewards credits in awhile i have 30,100 credits and I have my 5,000 credit meter capped out and im still receiving credits and not getting anything in my wallet for months

    Hi there! Since Watch Dogs 2 just released I would expect your credits to be applied to your account by the 15th of December at the earliest. It can take some time for everything to sync up. Keep an eye on it. It'll show up! I still have not received my Xbox Rewards credits yet :)

    5000 point rewards from the vault missing

    Same issue here. I redeemed for the 5,000 points last week and still do not see any credits pending on my rewards account. I've received all other rewards the same day, but I have not seen anything come through for this reward yet after 5 days.

    Purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed. We have just received your purchase on the 11th, and are processing that purchase. At the current time we have still not received a fourth series purchase. This is why you have not yet completed the offer.
    As mentioned in our FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

    Since it has not yet been 15 days since your purchase, the Credits have not yet been awarded.
