i still have microsoft family restrictions even though i have been kicked out of the family

in forza horizon 4, when i try and download a tune it tells me that i can not because of microsoft family restriction

i'm not in the family anymore, how do i fix this?

bought an Xbox One last night.
It came with Gears of War, Rare Replay and Ori and the Blind Forest. Also bought Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Having been a Playstation gamer my whole life, this is my first Xbox console. Definitely feels weird owning one. The UIIis going to take some getting used to, I can tell. My PS4 will still be my primary console, but when an Xbox exclusive comes along and catches my eye, like ReCore, Quantum Break, Scalebound etc. I don't have to watch youtube videos wishing I could play those games.

Can't wait to jump into Tomb Raider and Ori, and especially can't wait to revisit Conker.

Welcome man! I do the opposite of you with my PS4 being my secondary. Having both consoles is the way to go. No point in missing out!

A few I'd recommend now is to grab Halo 5, Gears Ultimate, Forza Horizon 2, and Sunset Overdrive. All amazing and worth the $$. A cheap game I still recommend is Desd Rising 3. The co-op is just a blast!

Upcoming titles to look forward to are Quantum Break, Recore, Scalebound, Halo Wars 2, Below, Inside, Cuphead, Sea of Thieves, Gigantic, Crackdown 3, Tacoma, and Gears 4. It's a really great lineup that should make for a very strong year of Xbox. I'm sure there are plenty of surprises to come at e3 as well.

This has been an ongoing issue Playground games has addressed but hasn't update in a while. This was affecting users on PC with adult accounts not in any Family's, but others don't have this bug affecting them as other's have no problem downloading tunes
or skins.

I suggest going over to the Forza Forums or submitting a ticket with their customer support.

It’s telling to manage family members even though I have no restrictions and my account age is set to 14

Hi Mohammed, my name is Joel, I'm here to help you with any problems or questions you may have.

Mohammed, only you as a user or your parents can change the privacy settings of an account, to do this you must go to the link: https://account.xbox.com/settings You must place all the items that appear in the list in "Allow"

In case yours is a minor account, it will not allow you to make any changes to the settings from your account, you will need to have an adult include your account in a family group from the link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-onli... and then that adult can make all the changes.

Note When you grant applications permissions on a limited console, they are saved only on that console. If you use multiple consoles, make sure you grant permissions to your applications on all of them.

you have been added to a family, an adult has set restrictions for you, the reason you cannot see the family is because only the Microsoft Account that created the family can.

I've been having exactly the same issues with my son's restrictions.

I set it to no restrictions but he still gets asked to gain permission for loads of games and even YouTube.

I went all through the family setting trying different options but nothing worked.

All I could do in the end was to give permanent permission each time he was asked to gain permission.

Not ideal but it's the only thing that seems to work whilst the family restrictions is not working correctly.
