    I still have a problem the xbox live rewards


    I am happy you gave me the 250 credit for the December survey. I still have not seen any reward credits for the past 2 months. I had played watch dogs, Lies of Astaroth, dead island, dying light, prominence poker,Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and state of decay.
    None of them show on my Lifetime Microsoft Points Earned or Lifetime Credits Earned. Please help my gamer tag is and email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    i have received any credits for the past year or longer?!

    hello rewards support i have got a problem with my Xbox live rewards i have had my rewards since 11/11/13 and the last time i received credits was like 2 years ago and since then i have brought 19 full games off the Xbox live store loads of add on and loads
    of films etc and i still haven't been rewarded any credits please fix this asap

    Xbox Live Rewards Not Recognizing My Gold Subscription

    I have been dealing with a problem for a long while now and it has not yet been resolved. I have had a gold subscription for many consecutive months and none of my rewards had gold benefits. Xbox Live Rewards still doesn't recognize my gold subscriptions
    and fails to give me my Gold subscription bonuses for any of the rewards points I had been accumulating over the past months. Another problem is that my digital downloads/ purchases made from the Xbox live store have yet to deliver to me any return Xbox live
    rewards points. It is frustrating that my loyalty and dedication is not reaping me the benefits which are promised such as Xbox Live Rewards Points, an increased My VIP rank and My VIP Gems. Please help me resolve this issue.

    There are currently no offers to receive credits just for playing games. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).

    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.
    lol this crap is all over the place. Xbox live rewards is sometimes referred to as simply "live rewards". I just used live cause It's faster. Stuff is confusing smh. Like right now they just switched the name this section of the forums is filled under from
    "xbox live rewards" to "Microsoft rewards". Even though the banner still says "Xbox live rewards". they jumped the gun.

    Anyway, I was just warning folks about the 3 month expiration date for $$$ when people start using "Microsoft rewards". People(especially younger folks) will still think they have a year to use the $$$.
