I still got a problem with my xbox rewards program

Hello Delta Quadrant,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Also, please note that since you registered as a US Rewards Member, you created a US Rewards Account, that will only Reward activity for the US regional currency (USD). Rewards Accounts are promotional accounts created based off your Microsoft Account at
the time of registration. They are not linked to your Microsoft Account, so migrating your region will not change your Rewards Account, as stated in the FAQ:

What if I move to another country or change my region?



Rewards Credits are converted to the currency associated with your original country of enrollment. Any Rewards Credits already deposited are yours to keep, but changing your region will result in us being unable to deposit any
Pending Credits that convert to your new region's currency.

I sent I ticket in to Microsoft Rewards program and they manually added in the 6k in points. And the box still remains unchecked on the rewards page on my xbox.

Hello i am having the same problem i got invited 2 times of two people and still got nothing on my xbox one or in messages about it the preview program i mean

Just do xbox live rewards. I got a year of live and 3 months of game pass.

Xbox Live Rewards ended in June or July. Now only works Microsoft Rewards, they joined Xbox to Bing Rewards and re-created a new program. But still a bit different to the old Xbox Live Rewards.

Also have a new program, and a lot a people doesnt know, it was created by the same creators of TrueAchievements where you get digital money just by unlocking achievements, will be available through beta app only to US on the begining

MS doesn't run the rewards program.

Then who is running the rewards program? I am still getting notices saying I need to update my information, which hasn't changed and is entirely accurate, but I still haven't received my rewards from November onwards. I'm at least a 2 star VIP, but that
really doesn't mean anything because rewards to keep sitting there and not being transferred into my account.
