I still can’t use party chat even though my communications suspension ended 2 days ago

That setting is already on but I still can’t use party chat. Is there any way an Xbox employee or something can just look at my account

Yeah I had to go to settings and reset my console

Did you ever fix the issue? I’m having the same exact problem rn. Suspension ended 2 days ago but everyone on game is muted and I’m not allowed to unmute them it’s really frustrating.

Make sure your console settings aren't blocking voice chat:
From the Xbox Menu, go to Settings, then select Privacy.
Select Change Settings.
Select Customize.
Select Voice & Text, then choose Everyone or Friends Only.
