I still can't access the Forza Horizon Auction House

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like you're experiencing an issue with accessing the auction house in Forza Horizon 4. If you're able to get to the Horizon Site you should be able to access the auction house thru there.

Hi! I have just re-installed forza horizon 4 and went to the auction house and tuning setups. They are currently still in the same state as before where i can't enter the auction house and can't load any tuning setups. Is the any other way to fix this?
Maybe something with Xbox Live or Xbox Parental Settings?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing Forza Horizon auction house. You may not have completed enough of the tutorial. Try going through more gameplay and make sure the Festival Playlist unlocks as well.

Your privacy settings may affect if you can receive gifts or use the feature like the Auction House. I understand that you mentioned that you already adjusted your settings. To make sure that nothing has been missed out, please follow these steps:

Go to https://account.xbox.com/Settings and ensure you haven't selected to block or restrict any privacy and online safety features.

Verify your privacy settings set to "Everyone" for "You can see and upload community creations" and "See other people's Xbox Live profiles (Xbox 360: Profile Viewing)"?

In addition, double check the age setting for your account and make sure it's over 18 and not listed as a child account.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We understand you are unable to access the auction house. This is a known issue on Forza horizon 4. Has been an issue since launch. Personally I am unable to access the auction house either, was able to for
the first 6 months of the game have done everything I could think of and still no luck. You would be best looking on the

Forza forums in help with this issue, due to it is an in game issue.

Hi,

With Xbox Support i can now change my privacy settings and unlocks some of Forza Horizon 4 features, but some like the Auction House and Horizon Super7 is still blocked and i don't know why.
