I started the security info replacement process on my stolen account, but it was cancelled.

After calling Microsoft support, I was given a link to force sign out of all platforms. I have to wait to change my password again to do this. However, the hacker has contacted me via discord offering to sell my account back to me. Screenshots are below.

Here is the screenshots of the emails, as well as an email of the hacker resetting my password again. The recovery email that the hacker is using is different from the one I attached to the account. As such, despite being able to access my account, I am unable to access the security settings. The only alternative method I am given is the security info replacement method, which the hacker has cancelled.

Thanks for the advice. I have already gone through that and changed the password. However, the hacker still has access to my account as I am unable to change my recovery email without having access to the one he sent or using 2fa. The reason I need to find out how to suspend the account is so that the hacker will be unable to cancel my attempts to change the security info. Again, thank you so much for trying to help.

Let's say that the only alternative you have at this moment is to send the account recovery form (Although you say you want to block the account, I don't know if that is possible), I have also been through this situation and I can give you some recommendations for filling out the form :

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:
