I started a question post. I would like to apologize and explain myself.

Hello to all.

I started a post about the quality of Xbox's products. And it got out of control, mostly because of my frustration. I was truly asking for answers and solutions. But, all was getting was mostly opinions. A couple of you, did give me some guidance, truthfullly,
thanks to you all. I've been dealing with, people, who won't assist me, with getting achievements. I've been dealing with Xbox's assistance, for years, for the most part they have been awesome. Except the past year or so. I've been dealing with the same hardware,
software issues, I'm not really sure. I've followed their directions, to the tee, with no great results. That's the explanation, for my frustrated behavior. Either way, it's not right to lose my temper, and pass on my frustrations, to others, possibly causing
them, to pass, on their frustrations to others. For this, I'm truly sorry.

Another thing, when I made my last post, I believe an Xbox representative, closed the post. And gave me a list, of things, that these forums are used for. One of those things, is giving our opinions. Well, with my frustrations, I was seemingly and/or unintentionally
taking other people's right, to share their opinions, away from them. I felt that everyone was giving their opinions, but not the assistance, that I need, to fix my Xbox. So, again I was passing on what I perceived, as I don't care about your Xbox issues,
just my opinions, but in reverse to the people, replying to my post. Again, here is my explanation. Either way, it got out of hand. And, again I'm truly sorry.

Well, in closing, I truly and humbly ask for everyone's forgiveness, on the part, in this mess. Thank you very much, and I'm truly sorry!!

Quite the apology and I’m sure well accepted by everyone! Hopefully between these forums and microsoft we can have the answers to your issues or at least send you down the right path!

I understand getting frustrated in here. When people come here for help most are already frustrated to begin with. I always have to remind myself that. I'm glad to see your post, I'm not sure if I saw the original or not. Hopefully you got your xbox issues
figured out. Thank you for that apology and I wish you the best.

It's just community, not official support. People from here can only share how they resolve similar problem. You're couldn't waiting something more from community

I didn't see your post, but I've seen the same thing happen on others as well. It's cool of you to come back and apologize. Remember that the vast majority of people are here to help in the best way they can, stick to the guidelines, and you'll be alright.
