I spent $95 on TV shows and approximately another $30 on DLC for Mass Effect 3. It said the new star would be updated by the 7th, yet it still says I only have two stars. Could someone please assist me with this issue?

Xbox Live Bonus Star Promotion Not Showing Up

Hello,

I got an email saying if I spent $125 in the Xbox store I would receive and extra star, and I spent $140, but I did not get the extra star it just went through like a normal transaction. I waited the correct amount of time for my points to show up, when
do I get my extra star? I talked with the Live Chat support and Rachael instructed me to make a post here. Thanks.

There was an unforeseen delay with our data source for purchase information around the beginning of this month. This caused us to miss purchases made on the 28th of last month for our extra star calculations. We have created a hotfix for this issue, and
can currently see your promotion on our database. You should be able to see your extra star once we upload this information to the website. This should occur within the next few days. Apologies for the inconvenience.
