I spent my 3000 points yesterday for 200 Robux but I never received the email of the code. So all those points for nothing? How do you fix this.

Check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site. It should either give the option to resend the code or it will list the code there. If not, contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the site.

I bought 12,000 Fifa points yesterday at 7pm, money came out of my bank account never received the points and never received a confirmation email from Microsoft.

No. That means you spent 200 points towards an entry into the giveaway. If you had won you would have received a separate email.

Renewals are awarded after the subscription starts, not from the day you add the time. You do have to be on a gold subscription when you add the time in order to qualify.
