I've had pending credits for over a month and the request tab is not showing up

Where are my credits?!

I'm wondering what is going on with my credits. I've spent close to $245 from the first of this month until the 18th from everything from movies, season passes, XBDL controller, games, and so on but I don't see any pending credits for any of them. What is
going on?!

We see that you have already received your Credits from completing the You Compete Me offer as deposited currency. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed
for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

If you are asking about your MyVIP payback, from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Also, since you may be unfamiliar with our program, you cannot receive Credits for both an offer and MyVIP payback, also as described in the FAQ.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you redeemed them on the 9th, they should show as pending but will be deposited at the end of the month.
