So it is more than likely due to a chargeback, have you purchased something, forgot about it and tried to get the money back from the bank?

if you purchase something then say to your bank that you don't recognise the transaction, they will investigate and perform a charge back, this is against Microsoft TOS, as you are trying to obtain a service for free or without payment, which means you have defrauded (taken) the money back from Microsoft after a paid service has been provided, my best advice is to wait out your ban, and never try to defraud Microsoft again, otherwise next time it may be a perm ban and/or criminal charges may be bought against you if you continue to try to defraud Microsoft.

Sorry to hear you got caught up in such circumstances, however, The enforcement team is the only one that can overrule the enforcement action. I would suggest you file a case review but it seems you already did. Unfortunately, No one here in the threads can do much more regarding your situation as the enforcement team has the final say on the matter. Hope you understand.

An Xbox device suspension is only issued in extreme cases and for the most serious of violations. Here are a few of the reasons that a device suspension or ban is issued:

Xbox console tampering, such as physically opening an Xbox console and modifying it to play illegitimate or unauthorized software

Online fraud, such as phishing, account theft, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or other players

Repeated and serious violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement that establish a clear pattern of nefarious activity

To give you a hint, Microsoft would send something like this to you...

This account was permanently suspended for modification and/or theft of marketplace assets. The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to:

-Attempts to defraud Microsoft or authorized agents

-Fraudulent transfer of content licenses

-Attempts to commit Microsoft fraud

-Distribution of account credentials for fraudulent purposes

-Illegitimate acquisition of redemption codes

Just one last note, if you are attempting to share content with a friend then you are actually committing marketplace theft/fraud and can end up with all the accounts and consoles receiving permanent bans. As long as you are keeping both consoles in your
home you should be ok though.
