Yes I try all the steps from your link, steps alternative also. After resseting console want my adress e-mail to login on my account xbox live but I dont remember it. I dont have no messegases from microsoft on all of my e-mails. I i try to login on microsoft
account side but the pasword I was using to log on my xbox one earlier does not fit. I dont know what to do now. I create new account in the same console but I can play on games frome the old account. The old account diapers from my console. What I can do?help

You can use the password for your Microsoft account to reset the passkey on the console to get in.

do you mean you forgot your passkey to log into Xbox Live ?

Then check out https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/security/forgot-xbox-one-passkey

You just have to type in your Microsoft account password to reset it.

If you forgot your Microsoft password you need to reset it.
