Hi there!!! I signed up for the promotion that promised a code for Ryse Legendary Edition. Signed up for 1 year on roughly Jan 9, the promotion ended the end of January. I have not received a code yet, just checking on the status. Thanks!!!

Free download of ryse with gold subscription

in December I signed up for Xbox live gold when there as a promo to get ryse for free. I have yet to receive this code. can anyone help?

Ryse Legendary Edition free with Gold

Hello,

On January 23rd, 2016, I saw a post on my home Xbox one dashboard stating that if I signed up for Xbox live gold, I would receive a code for Ryse: Son of Rome Legendary Edition. I opened this post, clicked the prompt (I realize the word click isn't appropriate
for an Xbox controller, but bear with me) and signed up for Gold (using a link in the post) with a prepaid card I purchased. I've yet to receive a code, and it is February 18th.

Did you buy the promotion or did you use a prepaid code?

If you used a prepaid code that would be why you must buy the promotion in the dashboard

Prepaid codes conditions are at the point of sale not redemption

Meaning any promotion is based on whatever you got with the card not dashboard promotions

i have waited another week and i am seeing more and more people receiving their codes, but i have yet to receive mine. i had signed up on March 28th so seeing the people that have gotten their codes after signing up later then myself is starting to get upsetting.
i just need some sort of assurance that i will be actually getting the codes that i was promised.

i also understand that it said "while supplies last" but i believe that because i had signed up so early that i should be within the range of receiving my codes. i have checked my spam folders, my email, everything that is asked and i just would like to
know what is going on. again i normally dont complain and understand that the people here have nothing to do with sending out the codes themselves but i would like to know if somehow i was skipped on the promotion or what. just getting a little upset, that
