I just purchased the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate today and it is the first time I have purchased the Ultimate edition. On the first page of the Game Pass site it said 'Get 3 Months of Game Pass Ultimate for £1!' however when I signed in it only gave
me the option to purchase 1 month. I have contacted support but they have not been any help at all. I feel scammed. Is there any way I can get the subscription for 3 months? Help.

I just purchase 3 months for a $1.00 of xbox gamer pass. But when i purchased it it says for 1 month. Are u guys false advertising?

When you sign up for Ultimate, if you have Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass for console, Game Pass for PC, or EA Play, those subscriptions will be converted to Ultimate at the following rates: -

Xbox Live Gold = 1:1

Game Pass for console = 1:1

Game Pass for PC = 1:1

EA Play = 3:1

So, for example, you have 3 months of Game Pass for PC now. If you were to pay for 1 month of Ultimate, you would end up with 4 months of Ultimate; 3 months for the converted Game Pass for PC, and 1 month that you're paying for.

What you can do is stack up some pre-paid Xbox Live Gold before you sign up for Ultimate, to get the best deal out of it. For example, if you were to buy and redeem 2 x 12 month Xbox Live Gold codes, then pay for 1 month of Ultimate, you'd end up with 28 months of Ultimate at a much reduced price. The maximum you can have of any single subscription is 36 months.

NOTE: The above conversion rates only apply when you go from not having Ultimate to signing up for it. If you already have Ultimate and you redeem a code for any of the subscriptions mentioned above, it will still get converted to Ultimate, but at a considerably lower rate. So, if you want to get the best bang for your buck, make sure you stack up subscriptions BEFORE you sign up for Ultimate so you get the better conversion rate(s).

I have the exact same issue. I tried contacting support, and they sent me here. The said "once a promotion is over, it is out of our hands" and that we should reach out here.

I signed up 2 days ago. I never received any codes. I have the pc game pass app. I read the codes would get emails AND be in the notification panel on the app. No codes. I've contacted customer support 3 different times and all 3 times I get different
answers. First person said wait a few hours and the code will appear. Nope. Second person said he opened a support case for me and would hear from someone within 24 hours. WRONG! No one contacted me. Then the 3rd person said the codes would appear 10-15
business days. Now this post request a call. I tried that and it just keeps waiting and waiting, nothing progresses. If MSFT wants me to stay on game pass beyond the 3 months and pay 14.99 a month they need to get their s**t together.
