I signed into my Microsoft account for Minecraft after changing my profile picture in xbox...

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you changed your profile picture but it has not yet updated on your Minecraft. If you just recently changed your picture from Xbox App, please allow at least 24 hours for your picture to update across all Xbox and Microsoft servers.

You may also try to completely sign out from your Minecraft to try to expedite the process then sign back in to resync your profile.

Hi, I've been clicking around a bit and found a strange issue. The account it seems ive migrated to isn't the one that shows up normally, instead it seems to have made and migrated to a microsoft account with the exact same login details as my main one with my gamertag and etc, but without either, its named after my minecraft display name (vrittion) instead of my gamertag, and has a picture of a boombox instead of the profile picture I've chosen. Is there a way to merge these accounts somehow? It seems to have instead of merging my minecraft account to my microsoft, made a new one altogether. Password changes effect this account as well.

I have same problem. My custom profile picture changed. But now, anytime I sign in on the profile with the custom pic, I can't see it. I just see the default Xbox one I had prior to the change. But apparently everyone else sees my custom picture. Even
when I sign into other profiles on this Xbox I can see the custom pic, but when I'm signed in on my main one, I don't see it. I remove my profile, power cycled, add my profile again, nothing. I see a snake profile picture on my Xbox, and on my PC, when login
on xbox.com. But my friends see my custom profile picture (Bela Lugosi, Dracula).

Please sign out and sign back in because this can refresh your game profile data.

And then check Xbox privacy settings. To do this, go to Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety on your Xbox and make sure that your profile visibility is set to public.

Next is to uninstall and then reinstall the game. Make sure to back up everything before uninstalling the game. This will delete all the corrupted files from the game.

If the profile picture won't update after performing the troubleshooting steps, please wait for the update to process. Changes take a few days to fully sync across all Microsoft services, including Minecraft.
